Syracuse DSA Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is an elected body within a local DSA chapter which, among other things, helps coordinate activities that involve the whole chapter. Steering committee members plan monthly chapter meetings, chapter social gatherings, coordinate chapter communication with other organizations, ensure chapter compliance with bylaws, and assist members and committees as needed. Committee members are voted in during the yearly chapter convention and are appointed for a one year term.
